Using the very latest capture hardware and software technologies from leading industry suppliers we are able to efficiently capture documents of varying sizes ranging from a postage stamp to large format drawings, heavily bound  books and photographs.

Utilising industry recognised image enhancement software (VRS) we automatically adjust the foreground and background dynamically between areas within the same document to produce high quality images from original documents of varying quality and contrast in either black and white (mono) or colour.

All documents are scanned and internally audited to meet our Quality Assurance processes and procedures.

We also follow the BS DISC PD0008 recommendations for the “Legal admissibility of scanned information.
