Return of Original Records

Datastor has a policy to retain original scanned records in secure store for one calendar month without charge following the completion and return of scanned images.

Once this time has expired, we can arrange for your documents to be returned or if required, reconstructed to their original state and returned.

Alternatively you  can choose to have these stored in our long-term secure document storage facility.

If the original records are no longer required, Datastor can make arrangements for these to be securely destroyed.
